Hydraulic Resonance-Free Vibratory Hammer 230VM

The hydraulic resonance-free vibro hammer uses a variable eccentric moment system to control vibration during startup and shutdown. By gradually increasing and decreasing the eccentric moment, the hammer passes through the resonance zone with minimal vibration transmission. Once the rated speed is reached, the eccentric weights are fully synchronized to generate maximum centrifugal force for efficient pile driving or extraction. This design significantly reduces vibration and noise, protecting nearby structures and improving operator comfort.

ENVIRONMENTAL
