The excavator mounted vibro hammer is powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system. Hydraulic oil drives the hydraulic motor to rotate a set of eccentric weights at high speed. The counter-rotating eccentric weights generate a strong vertical vibration force while canceling horizontal forces. This vibration is transmitted through the clamp directly to the pile, reducing the friction between the pile and the surrounding soil.
As the soil resistance decreases, the excavator applies downward pressure to drive the pile into the ground or upward pulling force to extract it efficiently. Rubber shock absorbers are installed between the vibrator and the mounting frame to isolate vibration, protect the excavator, and improve operational stability.
